Data Deletion

OmniHubX respects your right to delete your data. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and the data we hold, what is removed, and how long it takes.

How to request deletion

You can request deletion in two ways:

  1. In the app — revoke any marketplace connection from the Connections page. This immediately deletes the stored OAuth tokens for that connection and stops syncing.
  2. By email — to delete your entire account and all associated data, email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What is deleted

Upon a verified account-deletion request we remove:

  • Your account information (name, email and password hash).
  • Your connection data, including the encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens for all connected marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop and Shopee).
  • Shop data synced into OmniHubX, including products, orders, inventory and buyer information processed for fulfillment.

Timeline (SLA)

We complete deletion from our production systems within 30 days of a verified request. We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.

Exceptions

We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as tax and accounting records or fraud prevention. Any retained data is kept only for as long as required and remains protected by the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.
