Terms of Service

Welcome to OmniHubX. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully — they form a binding agreement between you and OmniHubX. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

OmniHubX is a multi-channel commerce platform that lets sellers connect Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop and Shopee stores and manage products, orders and inventory from one workspace. We may add, change or remove features as the service evolves.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to operate the shops you connect.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to sell goods prohibited by law or by the connected marketplaces.
  • Attempt to access other customers' data, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service.
  • Resell, sublicense or provide the service to third parties without our written consent.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the service or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

4. API and marketplace usage

When you connect a marketplace, you authorize OmniHubX to access its API on your behalf within the scopes you grant. You agree to:

  • Comply with the terms, policies and acceptable-use rules of each marketplace you connect (Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop and Shopee).
  • Not use the service to abuse marketplace APIs, exceed published rate limits or circumvent platform restrictions.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or responsible for those marketplaces, and features that depend on their APIs may change if the platforms change.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the products, listings and content you manage through the service, for fulfilling orders, and for complying with applicable consumer, tax and shipping laws.

6. Our responsibilities

We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care and apply the security measures described in our Privacy Policy. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Fees

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles and included usage are presented before you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniHubX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved by the competent courts of Vietnam, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the service or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
